Tikram Airport Services shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as:

• All services provided by Tikram Airport Services are subject to availability. Tikram Airport Services reserves the right to confirm availability and ability to perform the service and reserves the right to decline any service.
• Tikram Airport Services is not liable for any delays or difficulties that might occur out of its control including the flight delays, luggage lost, inability to check in or board due to late arrival, or carrying prohibited items, difficulties or delays with boarding including but not limited to out of date paperwork or visas, or errors in such documentation
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your individual or corporate account login and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password and corporate account. You must take all necessary steps to restrict access to the website and to your password only to sub-users authorised by you and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate/disable accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel bookings made through the website at our discretion.
• Your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. For the avoidance of doubt we will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or period.
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

 

Booking Method

You will need to complete the Tikram Airport Services’ reservations form on the website.  You will need to fill in all needed information related to the guest and flight details in order to book any service. You are fully responsible for all information filled in on the reservation form and Tikram Airport Services has no responsibility for forms that are filled in incorrectly. To guaranty service you are advised to submit your booking at least 24 hours prior to intended date of service.

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be guaranteed.  Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival / departure time cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability and supplementary charges. Online bookings made less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled arrival / departure time will not be accepted.
• Tikram Meet & Greet booking confirmation will be sent via email from Tikram Airport Services.
• Tikram Meet & Greet services are available for all airlines.
• Charges for Tikram Airport Services are payable in full when a booking is made. Any changes to Tikram Airport Services’ bookings, other than cancellations, shall be communicated to Tikram Airport Services directly via email at reservations@tikram.jo, or by calling our call center on +962 798997000 at least 12 hours prior to your originally scheduled flight arrival / departure time otherwise the charges for Tikram Airport Services’ services will be payable in full. Changes are limited to cancellation and flight date change only. Service change or increase in passenger count is not permitted.  No refund will be made in respect to No Shows.  Refer to the Tikram Airport Services’ Cancellation Policy and Change Policy below.
• Tikram Airport Services can be booked for children under 18 only if they are accompanied by an adult. If the minor is travelling unaccompanied please contact your airline.

 

Cancelation Policy

 

If the passenger cancels 48 hours or more before the service, we will refund 90%, with a 10% deduction.

If the passenger cancels within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the service, we will refund 80%, with a 20% deduction.

 

If the passenger cancels less than 24 hours before the service, a 30% deduction will apply.

 

Change Orders

You may request additional services, and Tikram Airport Services will attempt to accommodate the additional services, subject to availability of manpower and other resources. Client will be billed according to the rates set forth on the website
