If the passenger cancels 48 hours or more before the service, we will refund 90%, with a 10% deduction.
If the passenger cancels within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the service, we will refund 80%, with a 20% deduction.
If the passenger cancels less than 24 hours before the service, a 30% deduction will apply.
